Trellis

The Remember Project is housed within the robust programs and services of Trellis (formerly Metropolitan Area Agency on Aging). This key partnership supports a three to five-year goal of reaching all 159 counties in Minnesota and Wisconsin, setting the stage for The Remember Project to have an impact beyond the upper Midwest.

Bader Philanthropies

The Remember Project was awarded a two-year grant from Bader Philanthropies to support outreach in Wisconsin, the development of an artistic company, and opportunities for those who work or volunteer in the field of Aging to explore their creativity.

Minnesota Department of Health

The Remember Project was awarded a Minnesota Department of Health BOLD grant to bring The Remember Project to BIPOC communities in the Twin Cities metro through events featuring Mango Songs.

Minnesota State Arts Board

The Remember Project Dementia Awareness Tour was an Arts Tour Minnesota activity made possible by the voters of Minnesota through a grant from the Minnesota State Arts Board, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the arts and cultural heritage fund.

Mardag Foundation

The Remember Project Arts & Aging Partnership is a grant-funded capacity building program funded in part by the Mardag Foundation. The partnership provides professional development opportunities for professionals and volunteers in the field of aging.
